Northwest Fit Meals
If you've been around the gym on Monday mornings, chances are you've seen some healthy meals being delivered. Northwest Fit Meals is a local meal prep company based in Everett that goes beyond just meal prep! They make their own ghee butter, mayo, sauces, sausage, ranch, sriracha, spices and marinades. They believe in clean eating and source only the finest ingredients to fuel those of us who value convenience but want to eat healthy. The food is NEVER frozen and they prep, make and deliver right to the gym so they are ready for pick up on Mondays, allowing you to enjoy the freshest food possible!
If you want to give them a try you can visit their website www.nwfitmeals.com/shop to purchase meals. All orders placed by noon on Tuesday will be delivered to the gym the following Monday @10am. You do NOT have to be a BICF member to participate.
Can I order more than 10 meals? Yes, the minimum is 5 meals but you can order as many as you want in increments of 5.
Can I order 2 sets of dinners? Yes!
How does billing work? You must commit for 2 weeks, after that they have you on their "standing order" list meaning you will automatically receive food each week, unless you'd like any edits/pause/ cancel, which need to be emailed to email@example.com no later than midnight on the Sunday 8 days before the Monday you would like to pause delivery. There is no contract for this.
Do I have to be on the standing order list? No. They have an ASK list where Gina will text from a random group texting app and all you have to say is “yes” or “no”, and she will bill you a week out as they work a week ahead.
I count Macros, how can I find this information for meals? So do we! Meals are listed in My fitness Pal under "nwfitmeals" and everything starts with the word "Paleo" for searching purposes.
Is there a difference between "lunches" and "dinners"? No. There are no macro difference or portions with the exceptions of the one green salad if you opt for lunches.
Can I get double meat on my lunches and single meat on my dinners? Yes! You can also choose rice, sweet potatoes, extra veggies and specific meat choices (for example: no pork, only chicken, etc.)
