When and how much water should you drink?
We were just having this conversation during our 10am garage gym WOD the other day. All too often, people assume they need to drink lots and lots of water to prevent dehydration. In reality, the real risk is over hydration (hypoatremia) which is really, really bad. The bottom line is drink when you are thirsty, and don't when you are not.
