World Class Fitness in 100 words
CrossFit's creator and founder, Coach Glassman, simply summarized world class fitness in 100 words. We constantly vary the load, time domain and movements to make workouts effective and challenging. It makes us push one another to do more and become the best versions of ourselves possible. These are also the guidelines for how to fuel our bodies to support levels of exercise, but not excess body fat. We strive to be as fit and healthy as possible so we can enjoy our time outside of the gym exploring nature, playing with our kids, trying new sports and LIVING!
