What is one to do when making it into the gym isn't possible due to work travel, vacations, family obligations, etc? Since we have only been able to offer garage classes 2 days/week, many of you have had to come up with creative ideas to get a workout in, or you may have been following the "at home" or "track WODs we've been posting on SugarWOD.
If you're at a loss, the first step is to take an inventory of objects or hotel equipment you have at your disposal. Next, think about the amount of time you have to fit in your workout. Only a few minutes? Then do something fast and furious that is high intensity. Intervals are a great option and can allow you a hard effort with some recovery time.
