Join us after the WOD on Saturday, 10/7 for a free nutrition 101 talk. We will be covering basic nutrition information, defining "real" food, explaining what macro nutrients are and why they are each important in their own way. This talk is open to anyone, so feel free to bring friends and family even if they are not members of Bainbridge Island CrossFit.
After the talk we will be kicking off a 30 day "Lose One, Gain One" challenge that will begin with a baseline and conclude with a family friendly WOD and potluck. Check out the Nutrition 101 tab on our website for answers to common questions about nutrition and we hope to see you on the 7th!
