I don't know about you, but I love trying new recipes....especially ones that don't take much time to prepare (cooking is not my passion but more of a necessity to stay alive). Finding options that are nutritious, tasty and appeal to all members of my household can be a challenge. Chris and I are trying to dial in our macros (more on this subject later) while our girls are on board for anything as long as it tastes good.
The crockpot is my usual "go to" for most recipes, but Closet Cooking's Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice is easy enough to make on the stove and only takes about 30 minutes to prepare, cook and serve! Riced cauliflower can be made from scratch or you can buy it already prepared in bags from Trader Joe's or Costco to make prep time even faster. Each serving is packed with 26g of protein, 13.9g of carbohydrates and 10.5g of fat and tastes amazing!
