CrossFit is full of movements and terms that may be a bit foreign to a newcomer. Never fear, before each and every class we review everything you may need to know to get through the WOD (workout of the day). Your coach will take you through a general warm-up to get the blood flowing, a specific warm-up to prepare you for the day's movements, skill work and a thorough review of the points of performance necessary for the lift or workout programmed for the class.
