Chocolate Chip Espresso Banana Bread Muffins
For the "Lose One, Gain One" challenge I chose to lose any added sugar. I saw this recipe which had me at "espresso" but will wait a few weeks before giving it a try. Sugar, regardless of it's form, is still sugar. Even "healthier" treats such as these, need to be consumed in moderation. Get the majority of your diet from lean meats and vegetables, some fruit and little starch.
