When and how much water should you be drinking?
Feel like you need that water break during the middle of a 5 minute WOD? All too often, people assume they need to drink lots and lots of water to prevent dehydration. In reality, the real risk is over hydration (hypoatremia) which is really, really bad. The bottom line is drink when you are thirsty, and don't when you are not.
