Protein Pumpkin Donuts
This is the time of year I start to crave pumpkin! I'm not trying to promote "sweets" since I gave up added sugar for the "Lose One, Gain One" challenge, but this protein pumpkin donut recipe from our friends at MacroEd looks too good to pass up. As a bonus, for those of you counting macros, these are packed with protein. Each donut contains 14g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates and 21 grams of protein. We'll probably give these a try this weekend, but share your thoughts if you beat me to it!
