What do you really want?
Getting what you want is simple (but not easy). In the following TED talk, Mel Robbins (a married working mother of three, an ivy-educated criminal lawyer, and one of the top career and relationship experts in America) says that in any area of your life that you want to change (health, work, relationships, etc) you are never going to "feel" like it. As humans, we get stuck on auto pilot, and complaining becomes way easier than taking an action to make a change.
You need to force yourself out of your own head, past your feelings and get outside of your comfort zone. You have 5 seconds to physically act on an impulse or it won't happen and the moment will be lost. Next time you have an impulse that has the potential to change your life and set you on the path to get what you REALLY want....ACT!
