Global Running Day
In recognition of Global Running Day, there will be some running in today's WOD. Since finding CrossFit 8 years ago, I can't say I miss my marathon days. Over the years, Chris and I have run 8 marathons each, along with numerous half marathons, and various shorter distance races. Now our focus is on 400m, 200m and sprint intervals. What I do enjoy (and sometimes miss) about distance running is the opportunity to clear my head, enjoy the scenery on a beautiful day and just disconnect.
