Only a few spots remaining! Want to get ahead of the competition this summer? Our teen athlete camp is for any current or incoming highschool student who plans to play a school or club sport this fall.
*Strength – Power lifting, Olympic lifting, Isometric training, Pull-ups, Core work, Plyometrics
*Mobility and Flexibility - including proper warm-up and cool down
*Agility - Change of direction mechanics
*Speed - Acceleration and stride technique
*Conditioning - Workouts to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance
Coaches Chris and Jessica have years of experience working with athletes and were both NCAA Division 1 athletes themselves in ice hockey and softball respectively. Our goal is to enhance athletic performance in a safe and competitive atmosphere. We will focus on increasing maximal strength, explosive power, technical speed, energy system training, injury prevention and nutritional awareness.
Camp runs July 17-August 11
$120 plus tax (enrollment prior to June 30)
