CrossFit is right for everyone, but not everyone is right for CrossFit. What we mean by this is that you need to work hard, be consistent and be willing to step outside of your comfort zone. There are no quick fixes. CrossFit isn't easy, but it is rewarding and lots of fun. You are capable of more than you think and this community will support you 100% of the way!
